This trailer travels well and good living conditions. Lots of storage space in outer compartments and inside. Queen sized bed, couch converts to double bed, dining table also converts to a bed.shower, sink facility and toilet, washer and dryer, A/C, furnace and hot water heater, Microwave, gas stove, with fan vent, coffee maker and paper towel roll. It has 3 water tanks, fresh, gray and sewage. It has a 5 cubic foot freezer that could be replaced for a comfortable swivel chair if desired.The heater gives good heat inside and under floor level to heat a large storage area along with the water pipes and water tanks to prevent freezing. It is easily winterized for winter storage.
It has a DC water pump and an electric converter to go from AC to DC along with an outside city water connection with a water filter and pressure regulator and an inlet to fill the water tank.Electric, water and sewer connections.
